1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the petronas88 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use the platform. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The petronas88 platform is subject to applicable Malaysian laws. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this service.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to open one account at petronas88. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and rejection of withdrawal requests.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. petronas88 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account until you report the breach to us.
- Accounts are non-transferable.
- Account credentials must not be shared with any other individual.
- Users must keep their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
Users agree to use the petronas88 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to intrude, hack, or disrupt the platform's systems, databases, or security infrastructure.
- Using another person's account or granting a third party access to your account.
- Engaging in any activity intended to unlawfully influence or manipulate game outcomes.
- Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any credit balance, and legal action where petronas88 deems it necessary.
4. Payments & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the petronas88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer) and approved e-wallets. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may change from time to time.
The name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the name registered on your petronas88 account. Transactions from third-party accounts will not be processed and any funds will be returned.
For withdrawal requests, petronas88 reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any payment. This is a standard security measure to protect users from unauthorised use. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method — typically between 30 minutes and 1 business day for transfers to local bank accounts.
- Petronas88 is not liable for any transaction fees charged by banks or payment providers.
- Failed deposits resulting from incorrect information will not be automatically reprocessed.
- Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Petronas88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform's systems.
- Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the verification process.
- Voluntary suspension or closure requested by the user.
- Extended periods of inactivity as defined by the platform's internal policy.
If an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining credit balance may not be eligible for withdrawal, subject to case assessment. If an account is closed at the user's own request with no violations on record, the eligible net balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

6. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
The petronas88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, petronas88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the petronas88 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of petronas88 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent from petronas88.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. petronas88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Petronas88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
